Maintain a list of packages which do not conform to the latest naming convention

Or:

• detect them automatically?
• hardcode in the program, or maintain a list on Salsa or wherever appropriate that dh-make-golang can fetch from at runtime, especially since dh-make-golang requires internet access anyway...

Why would it be needed? In order to correctly format package name when detecting Build-Depends?
