Slack Notification Issue while mentioning users (Giving them incorrect username)

I have integrate slack and defectdojo. The issue we have found while sending the notification to slack. If I mention a user in notes, my name should appear in their slack personalized notification. In the current slack template, the person is seeing their own name instead of mine, even though I mentioned them in notes.

Note: This Issue also with the functionality of while sending slack notification of Reviewing.

Steps to reproduce
Consider scenario in which we are 2 person, namely Irtaza and David.

1. Integrate slack with defectdojo and allow the personalized notifications.
2. Go to findings.
3. David added note while mentioning Irtaza.
4. Now Irtaza got personalized slack notification but he's getting his own name instead of David name.

Expected behavior
Irtaza should have got the notification with the name of David name. That David mentioned Irtaza and jotted a note.
