README references a contribution guideline that is missing #43

Very minor note. Looking at the "Want to help?" section of the README there's a blurb about contribution guidelines:

Please see our Contribution Guidelines on how to properly submit issues and pull requests.

It links to https://github.com/dockyard/openid_connect/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md but that file does not exist.

If there's an existing example file in some other Dockyard repo I'd be happy to copy/paste/edit that into a PR.

Awesome, thanks for pointing that out. We'll get one in place. I suspect that section of the README was just copypasta'd in.
