The translated Tag/Category name does not change when edited in edit.php and Cannot Delete Translation

Bug

When a translation is added to a TAG/Category in any field, the translated category does not change when renamed via edit.php. However, it changes when you edit the first translated language in the translations tab.

Additionally, a translated category is not deleted from the translations.

Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior

The edit button for the translated TAG/Category name should be removed from edit.php, or the translated language should be updated and deleted from here.
