Overview (Required)

The splash screen is not referencing the in-app theme.
Device settings will be referenced.

Steps To Reproduce
prerequire: System theme is light.

Go to 'Setting Screen'
Tap on 'Theme Column'
Select on 'Dark'
4.Go to 'Splash Screen'

Expected behavior
Become a 'Dark' theme
