we can define variables with "bhai ye lo a=10" instead of "bhai ye hai a=10"
because we are defining something and giving a variable to the BhaiLang so "bhai ye lo" makes more sense.

Similarly for the console, we can use "bhai bolna a" and it will print 10 instead of "bhai bol" because it shows respect towards language from the user

I have other syntax suggestions also

The whole point of using bhai is being friendly. It may not align with your sanskaar and behaviour, I don't think we need the essence of respect here.
