Preloading: multiple images at once vs multiple times x one image

Hi folks,

I couldn't think of a better place to ask this Q, so I decided to ask here

When using FastImage.preload(...), is it significantly better to preload N images at once (passing an array of N sources), or to call FastImage.preload(...) N times with a single source each time? We could suppose that the time difference between subsequent calls in the latter case is very small (almost negligible)
In case of a former, how big this N should be to feel a difference?
