Creating a new branch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After running a Sandbox, there is no feature for creating a new branch that a user can name and edit on Git.

For example, after merging
task-1-base and task-1-compare, we needed to create a new branch from within Synectic with a new name. So far, Synectic has no such feature in the top bar or the backs of the card.

Describe the solution you'd like
Creating a new branch could be done within the Branch Tracker view, with adding a new branch to that list when a repository is open.
