TLS Version is switching once a day to 1.0 from 1.3

Hi,
we have currently following problem, our barman backup is working fine the complete day, but everyday between 2:45pm/am - 3:00pm/am we have this Error in the PostgreSQL log:

We Monitored the barman check and we got at the same time an Error which is matching with the Error in PostgreSQL Log

Additional Information:
Barman version 3.10.0

We checked already the Server Config of the system, LAN and Firewall. On the rest of the days we got no Errors, the backup is scheduled every 4 hours via cronjob

Update from my site, we downgraded the barman to 3.4.0 like on another system we have on which is not throwing the issue.
But issue was still there, so we will check again the network. And if it´s not an barman related issue I will update here and close the GitHub issue
