The compiled js/css are no longer included in the GitHub package as stated on getdatepicker.com

I've been using the downloaded package and not npm, and could use them included in the .zip

You can run the release npm script from the source, use npm, nuget, or the CDN links. The dist folder was removed due to all the conflicts. If someone sponsors a ticket in the future, I might try to see if I can include the built files in the release.
