Blob was recently added to Node nodejs/node#36811 so we should be able to support that now in this library

Not including in v1 but will add it when Blob is more stable in Node core

undici-fetch is now apart of undici core 🚀 as a result this repo is being archived and all current PRs and issues are being closed out.

Check out the undici 4.4.1 for the latest fetch API
