Couldn't find DEVELOPMENT_TEAM in Xcode project and none were provided in the Expo config

Running into the error "Couldn't find DEVELOPMENT_TEAM in Xcode project and none were provided in the Expo config" when running npx expo prebuild

As recommended per the setup instructions, I've added my own teamId to the app.config.js file:

  ]
}

Seems like it's running into issues finding this.

As for the rest of the setup, I've added a root level targets directory and copied over the watch-app target.
