Chat - "From" link from IOU details system message thread leads to transaction details twice

Action Performed:

1. Log in to New Expensify
2. Navigate to chat with no transaction between users
3. Submit expense and change its Date
4. Hover over "changed the date" system message and click on Reply in thread
5. Click on From link in the header twice

Expected Result:

After clicking on From link twice user should return to the main chat.

Actual Result:

User is directed to the IOU details page twice when clicking on from link. First to the "[amount] expense", then to the "[user] owes [amount]".
User is forced to click on from link thrice to return to main chat.

Unable to reproduce. Edge case issue too. Throwing retest weekly and needs repro on this, bumping to weekly.
