Incorrect cpu time in CSV for multipass encode #55

When exporting results to CSV, only the cpu time used by the first pass is included. The CSV should contain the sum of the cpu time for all passes.

I created an issue related the the cpu time measurements #73, which I think possibly could help solve this issue as well (either directly or by giving us more control to how we implement the measurement) if it works. Would be nice to hear your thoughts.
