Separate free and nonfree by directory prefix in order to simplify repo creation.

This is initialled with this commit 63c77cc

Hi @sztsian ,

Can we move all nonfree projects' directory under nonfree/, instead of renaming every nonfree directories?

Sure, it can be an option. After a discussion with @1dot75cm last night, we decide to keep the free projects as-is because all the git log cannot be fetched by git log . if moved. So just move the nonfree ones is fine.
