Discuss release schedule

Perhaps it is also time to think about a release schedule. We currently have no such thing. We - kind of - have been working on 2.x since 2020. It's fall 2023.

I think a strict schedule is kinda difficult.

We decided to remove 90% of the code and make them into community packages. By doing this it also means there would be less and less changes to the actual code we maintain.

What are your thoughts?
