Automatic Translate does not always work [ site language is detected as unknown ]

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://www.p2wt.com/htm/11057/
2. Click on any random chapter
3. make sure ublock origin is enabled, and javascript is disabled ( required usecase for this site because overlayed ads )

translate does not always work, language is simplified chinese , which is translated to english.
7/10 times extension work, other times i have to manually open the extension and translate where it shows language as unknown.

Expected Result

extension should detect language as "simplified chinese" and translate to "english"

Actual Result

7/10 extensions works as expected, other time it doesnt
