NodeJS v16 deprecated in API Deploy to Production ECS

Describe the bug

The GH workflow API Deploy to Production ECS shows this warning after a successful deployment:

In the GH workflow the actions aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials@v1-node16 and aws-actions/amazon-ecr-login@v1 must be updated to use NodeJS v20

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run the GH workflow API Deploy to Production ECS
2. After a successful deployment you'll see a warning

Expected behavior

We don't see this warning after a successful deployment
