Docs build failure #158

The flamedisx documentation has been failing to build for ~3 weeks on readthedocs, due to an nbsphinx/sphinx compatibility problem: spatialaudio/nbsphinx#584. The current version at https://flamedisx.readthedocs.io should still be up to date, as there were no documentation changes in the last 3 weeks.

A fix seems to be on its way (see the nbsphinx issue above); if it takes too long we could pin sphinx to an earlier version to fix the build.

nbsphinx has been updated, and our docs are building again :-)
