Support for Styling Icons with Shadow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In previous font awesome version it was treated as a font, so you could do a style like textShadow: '0px 0px 5px #fff' but these icons are not text, so you can't add shadows.

Add ability to add styles.

I'm trying to do the same thing but apply font weight, it's strange to me that the library doesn't support this already
