Is it possible to output "module" and "nomodule" tags?

Is there a way to configure snowpack to do both a "snowpack optimize" build and with type="module" and also a webpack build that is written out with type="nomodule"? I tried enabling the webpack plugin, but it replaced all of the entry points with regular script tags.

I'm trying to let modern browsers use module imports but then older browsers use the nomodule tags.

there is a plugin, that helps to achieve this. It is not using Webpack but Rollup.
