Sketcher/Dimension tool is exited if RMB click during constraint creation

Problem description

Steps to reproduce:

• Open an empty sketch
• Draw a Rectangle
• Select the "Dimension" tool
• Start creating a constraint by eg. clicking the left edge of the Rectangle
• At this time (without validating the constraint), do a right click => ⚠️ The tool is completely exited, while one would expect the constraint creation is simply discarded and Dimension tool stays activated to create a new dimension
