Problem description

Currently, the Draft workbench only allows creation of a rectangle from two points. As a feature request for usability improvement and efficiency, it would be useful to have the ability to create a rectangle from the center, analogue to the Centered rectangle command that the Sketcher workbench introduced in FreeCAD 0.20.
