Precision about the compensation being based on the U.S. market?

Thanks for the work, that's quite an amazing resource.

Not really an issue but more of a discussion:

As a non US developer, I'm wondering if it should be added to the handbook that the compensation are for the U.S. market.
I'm talking about this part: 1.3 — Career Levels & Compensation.

What do you think?
