HISTORY.rc needs to be updated for honoring aerosol file spec (GOCART2G)

The problem

The new GOCART2G alows several of the diagnostics to be provided with multiple wavelengths. Current HISTORY.rc does not provided proper aliases to honor the current file spec.

The fix

Add the proper aliases. For example:

'DUEXTTAU', 'DU', 'duexttau470;duexttau;duextaut870'

when resource file specieis 3 wavelengths at 470, 550 and 870 nm. Remember that currently DUEXTTAU means at 550 nm. In the case of a single wavelength:

'DUEXTTAU', 'DU', 'duexttau'
