AGCM crash with debug in Surface

AMIP experiment(s) crash with Debug build in Surface. Traceback shows 'floating point exception' in the LocStream transform for LAI.

This issue was observed at two resolutions (C48 and C180) using GEOS GCM v10.23.1. Said issue did not manifest nor was evident with Release build.

@adarmenov Can you point us to the log and provide details on how you setup/ran the experiment?

I'll also add @bena-nasa and @weiyuan-jiang to this seeing as how Ben might know the locstream bit and Weiyuan knows surface better than all of us.
