[BUG] Fix Volunteer Search Design

Description

For these changes, please refer to the Figma design. Below are some reminders about small visual changes to make sure you include.

For the pre-search modal, increase the height of the modal to cover the majority of the vertical height. Decrease the font size of the title and subtitles.

For the post-search modal, separate the modal into two sections, one on the top with the return button & tags and one on the bottom with search results. For the section on the top, make sure to match the look of the button with the same button on Post View. For the search results on the bottom, switch the layout to a list view with thin gray lines separating the results. Apply a shadow around these sections to match the styling on the Figma. Please look carefully at the Figma for spacing, font, and shadow consistencies. Let Winnie know if you have any questions.
