I'd like to define a custom bullet style for the first line, similar to how I can define bullets in general. My goal (in Obsidian) is to have the first line as a H3 (for example) with normal bullets underneath it.

Example:

Title

  • Bullet 1
  • Bullet 2

... including just text (i.e. not a heading) as an option would be great.
