I try to connect to a Postgres ssl database with lighthouse ci server
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I created a AWS RDS Database with force_ssl=1
Start Docker Container with: LHCI_STORAGE__SQL_CONNECTION_SSL="true"
I also tried: LHCI_STORAGE__SQL_CONNECTION_SSL="1"
Expected behavior

The application connects to the database

SequelizeConnectionError: no pg_hba.conf entry for host xxx, user xxx, database "lighthouse", no encryption
the error indicates that ssl is still not used
