model_garden_pytorch_stable_diffusion_xl_lora.ipynb not working with Civitai

Expected Behavior

When specifying Civitai a civitai url, it should be correctly referenced in the docker.
The notebook should list this scenario as an option.

Actual Behavior

The lora is downloaded but the endpoint subsequently fail with a
2024-03-22T07:54:46,329 [INFO ] W-9000-diffusers_serving_1.0-stdout MODEL_LOG - huggingface_hub.utils._validators.HFValidationError: Repo id must be in the form 'repo_name' or 'namespace/repo_name': '/tmp/lora_dir/xxx/yyy'. Use repo_type argument if needed.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Specify LORA_SOURCE='Civitai' and and substituting url with Civitai download url
2. Run notebook
3. Invoke prediction
