See DMCA Report that's HoYoverse do takedown with DCMA Report along Github. So, why 7z.dll inserted in Genshin Impact launcher without license?

Just use any other archive repository, such as https://github.com/JRSKelvin/GenshinRepository/blob/main/Version%204.0.0.md
The links are just the official server download links, the repositories are simply lists of those links.
