Request: Hide menu items that they user does not have the permissions to access #19284

What?

The context menu should only show entries that the user, dependent on his role, is allowed to execute.
The user sees the context menu entry "change field type“ grayed out. He can not execute this action because he has no permissions to do that.

Why?

- Keeps context menu short and better readable.
- Does not "unsettle“ a user that there is a functionality that he is not allowed to use.
- This format/menu system seems to be inconsistently applied throughout the UI.
