Killing a process on Windows is slow #973

It takes 7 seconds to kill a process while if I use CTRL+C to stop it on the CMD console, it can exit immediately, I also tried a different approach by running "taskkill /F /PID ..." and it is also very slow, so maybe its not an issue of [sysinfo] crate but I want to know how to make the process exit quickly

You should provide more information, such as which sysinfo functions are used. You can use them to write a demo.
