Hiiii investors!! ^~^

I'm devsec for this year, and want to continue being devsec for next year :3

I've done a mediocre job of rewriting HackSoc's infrastructure in niche programming languages that will probably be irrelevant in 5 years. If elected next year, I pledge to write at least one README.md for one of these new pieces of infrastructure.
