Two Development Secretaries

Description

Having two development secretaries would be useful :)

What about a tree structure. The dev sec becomes the 0-dev-sec, and has k children, each of which are a 1-dev-sec. Recursively, each n-dev-sec gives rise to k (n+1)-dev-secs, until every member of HackSoc is an n-dev-sec?

Could this be formalised in Lean/Agda?

I personally believe it would be of great benefit to the Society if we formalised the whole constitution in Agda.

This should be done by the devsecs themselves of course.

By induction. Each n-dev-sec must formalise all n+1-dev-secs.
