Problem description

I know this is a total non-starter because afaik there's no open source CLI programs for Oculus yet, but I want to put the idea out there.
For those who don't know, Oculus/Meta has a games client that is bundled with their drivers for the Oculus Rift and Meta Quest Link. The client is very slow, buggy, doesn't allow you to change the install location, and it comes bundled with over 7GBs of tutorials and other garbage.
Most people these days use third party XR clients to run their Quest, like Virtual Desktop or Steam Link, which work without needing to install the Oculus app, but the problem is that the only way to install games from your Oculus Rift/Meta Quest library is through that app. There are a lot of advantages to buying games from Oculus instead of Steam, like cross-buy between PC and Quest, and there's almost always 25% or 30% discounts on everything, but then you need to install their invasive, clunky software to access those games.
A great solution would be if Heroic could install Oculus/Meta PC games without the need for the official app or it's bundled drivers and software.

Feature description

Create a CLI program download PCVR games from Meta and integrate it into Heroic.
