Ability to turn off Discord Rich Presence for specific games

Problem description

When Heroic's Discord Rich Presence setting is turned on, its rich presence will override that of games that have their own support for it. If one wishes to have the game they're playing's rich presence show up on their Discord account, they have to turn off rich presence in Heroic's global settings, by extension disabling it for games that don't have support for it and for which the user may want to employ Heroic's rich presence.

Feature description

Implement the ability to disable or enable Heroic's rich presence in game-specific settings, instead of only having it be available in global settings, treating the chosen option in the global settings as the default value.
