Было бы удобно запускать тесты с клавиатуры с помощью Ctrl + Enter.

лучше добавить хоткей отличный от ctrl + enter, потому что на это комбо будет модалка с отправкой отпечаток
Например shift+enter

На Хекслете модалка срабатывает только если выделить какую-то строку.
Может без выделения – запускать тесты?
shift+enter – это перенос в редакторе
