Podle jedné z příloh smlouvy by měly být smluvní strany takto:
na straně Plátce/Objednatele 3 subjekty: Gmina Miejska Bolesławiec , Město Jaroměř a Gmina Miejska Kłodzko
na straně Příjemce/Dodavatele 1 subjekt: PROTEKST Komputer Sprzedaz Usługi Serwis MARIUSZ LAWRYNOWICZ
