Tasks:

write openMINDS schemas for models, validation tests, validation results, live papers
rewrite pydantic data models and API endpoints to use openMINDS
write comprehensive tests (coverage > 90%)
manually test web apps, modifying web app code only where unavoidable due to openMINDS constraints
