PresentrAnimation has a slight delay using Blur #148

When trying to present controller (for example with CoverVertical animation), there is a slight delay during the presentation. First blur appears and only then the controller.
Please fix this issue, or mark UIViewControllerAnimatedTransitioning methods inside of PresentrAnimation as open.

Looking into this.

New 2.0 version coming out soon with many improvements on the API, and a couple of new features.
