Xcode setting in SWIG documenation about exceptions in Mac #135

In bindings.gyp mentions:

      'xcode_settings': {
        'GCC_ENABLE_CPP_RTTI': 'YES',
        'GCC_ENABLE_CPP_EXCEPTIONS' : 'YES'
      }

We don't set GCC_ENABLE_CPP_RTTI and I wonder if we should! To investigate.
