Very sorry - probably the wrong place for this question but need to get this working on PHP 8.1...

I am used to being to instal via Cpanel as a PHP extension but does not seem to be available. We have ported all parts of our software onto 8.1 fine and this is the last peace.

Is a cpanel release near or is there an alternative approach to get installed? We are running on AlphalInux vs 9
