Have you considered adding annotations to help implement long polling by dispersing the functions?

For example, in Pyrogram, there are features like @app.on_callback_query, @app.on_message, ... I think these are very convenient functions.

Hi and thank you for your issue :) I would be glad to implement this feature, but I do not know when I will be able to do this. Btw, you may do it as your own pet project for this library and I may promote it in the channels of library and related chats
