On Windows ME English and VMware Pro 17, use Patcher9x v0.8.50-beta4 also have this problem.

On VirtualBox 7.0 and Windows 95, it's also very often to cause program illegal operation error after apply Patcher9x. Windows 98 Boot Floppy + Windows 95 OSR2 is used.
