Changes are not applied when context lines are present

Changes are not applied when context lines are present.

When there's no context line, the changes applied just fine.
But when there's context line, the changes even on the search word is not applied at all.
And when changes are applied the second time, it seems like the lines that the search word is in are replaced with the first few context lines.

Confirmed. Please try to fix it! I use this extension on a daily basis and it's very cumbersome to have to hide context lines all the time 🙏

My setup:
VSCode Version: 1.83.0
Mac M1, Osx Ventura 13.0
