There should be annotations semantically equivalent to https://help.eclipse.org/latest/topic/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/reference/api/org/eclipse/jdt/annotation/Owning.html and https://help.eclipse.org/latest/topic/org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/reference/api/org/eclipse/jdt/annotation/NotOwning.html which describes responsibility to close a closeable object.
