Bug Report Checklist

  • I have tried restarting my IDE and the issue persists.
  • I have pulled the latest main branch of the repository.
  • I have searched for related issues and found none that matched my issue.

Expected

After running pnpm i and pnpm initialize, a newly initialized repository should be fully set up - without any create-typescript-app-specific infrastructure.

Actual

https://github.com/JoshuaKGoldberg/github-notifications-prune/blob/551eb51e1204cf15f5c4f0c7dfd68b28102b41aa/.github/workflows/test-create.yml: .github/workflows/test-create.yml still existed in that repo. It should have been deleted.
