Current Behavior

An issue occurs when you have spotube playing over a playlist and you supend and then resume the machine.

In this case, it becomes impossible to see which playlist spotube is playing (even if it plays), the dysplay elements remain blank (with no icon, no content, so that every album is indicated as "a good album", and "What an artist"). On the left pane a spinner keeps spinning for ever.

Expected Behavior

Spotube should survive suspend/resume

Steps to reproduce

  1. use spotube to play a playlist
  2. pause playing
  3. suspend your machine
  4. resume after some time

see that spotube resumes playing but all the display remains stuck with a spinning spinner until you quit and restart.

Operating System

Linux (Manjaro)

Spotube version

3.6.0

Installation source

Arch User Repository (AUR)

Additional information

App installed from aur "spotube-bin", which uses the generic upstream binary.
