Handle external depedencies

Currently all of our packages only list dependencies that are other packages provided by the mono-repo. We should also be listing other deps like "react" and "react-dom" for packages that provide React components, but we'll need to teach antwerp how to deal with these situations before we do. It should check if the dependency exists in node_modules or in the root package.json.
